I am Ella Missuk, born and raised in the Basel region and the person behind this company.
Fluent in three languages and at ease in five, I have worked across three continents and hold a Swiss diploma in tourism and management. Having spent my life between cultures, I understand what truly matters when building a life somewhere new: making good decisions, having the right people around you and feeling at home.
Basel is my home. I know the city, its systems and its people, and I have built a trusted network across the areas that shape everyday life here.
My role is simple: to save you time and make life in Basel easier. I bring local knowledge, trusted relationships and practical support together, so you spend less time searching, organising and figuring things out yourself.

It always starts with a free, no-obligation 20-minute call. Every family then begins with Welcome to Basel, and afterwards you choose the level of support that fits, month by month after a minimum of three months.

Three steps: an arrival conversation (60 minutes) by video, or at your home if you prefer; a private walk through Basel with local insider tips, ending with coffee and cake; and a meeting to go through your written Basel plan for the first twelve months, with a clear recommendation and up to three first introductions. It can also be booked on its own.

Additional hours & projects. Should a month need more, additional time is available at CHF 180 per hour, only with your prior approval. Larger undertakings, such as a full home or school search, are offered separately as Premium Family Projects.
Every recommendation is based on what is right for your family, never on a fee. If a provider pays a referral fee, it never changes your price, and we disclose it on request.
Good questions
The discreet, relationship-based support a family office provides, scaled to what a family actually needs day to day. Curation, coordination, introductions; no asset management, no operational tasks.
A relocation agency moves you here. We are what comes next. Once your work permit is processed and your apartment is signed, the questions that decide whether your family thrives or simply copes are the ones we answer.
Every contract is signed directly between your family and the service provider. We introduce and coordinate; we never become a party to those agreements. This protects your family legally and keeps the relationship between you and the provider direct and clear.
Every provider is personally known to me. The standard is simple: would I send my own family there. Providers are chosen for reliability, communication, and their track record with international families specifically. The network is updated when a provider no longer meets that standard.
Every family begins with Welcome to Basel (CHF 1'450, one-time). After that, you choose Essential, Signature or Private Family Office, month to month after a minimum of three months, with 30 days' notice. If you prefer, an annual engagement is billed in advance and saves 10 % on the monthly fees. There are no hidden fees.
Then Essential or Signature may be exactly right: a single trusted point of contact for the things that matter as life continues, such as schools, a change of address or the next transition. We begin with Welcome to Basel and recommend the level that fits.
Discretion is the default. Every engagement is governed by an NDA. We do not publish testimonials with names. We do not share your information with the network without your explicit permission for each introduction.
Sometimes. We work with a deliberately small number of families. When we are full, we say so honestly and either offer a date or an alternative.
